We present a method for remotely making ready an arbitrary solitary-photon hybrid state in between two distant nodes. This remote condition planning (RSP) is achieved by using a hyper-entangled condition in polarization and time-bin degrees of liberty (DoFs) applying some experimentally obtainable optical elements and products. Inside our RSP, the
